inTEST Corporation was founded in 1981 in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. They design, manufacture, and market products that are used primarily by semiconductor manufacturers to test their integrated circuits and wafer products.
The product lines include test head manipulators, docking hardware, tester interfaces, and thermal test systems. inTest have overseas operations in Germany and Singapore.
